About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls from healthcare providers, identifying their needs and providing timely and accurate support.
• Resolve issues on the first call, navigating complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide an appropriate response.
• Deliver information and answer questions in a positive and professional manner, fostering strong relationships with providers and their staff.
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
• Interact with providers to develop a relationship with them, while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• To be at least 18 years old.
• To live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
• Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.
• The ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following experience and skills will give you a competitive edge:

• 1+ year of experience in a related environment (e.g., office, administrative, clerical, customer service) using phones and computers as primary job tools.
• Prior healthcare experience, which will be highly regarded.
