As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members and providers, handling inbound customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and email. - Computer Tools and Documentation: Use computer tools to accurately process and document information, and maintain accurate records.
- Effective Communication: Develop rapport with callers and adjust communication style as needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
