Key Responsibilities
- Listen carefully to customers and evaluate their situations to provide appropriate solutions, resolving calls efficiently and effectively.
- Handle a range of calls, from simple mapping and navigation inquiries to emergency situations, requiring a high degree of empathy and composure.
- Remain calm and composed under pressure, reassuring and diffusing emotional or difficult calls.
- Multi-task to find answers while on calls with customers, utilizing available resources and tools.
- React and respond decisively in emergency situations, prioritizing customer safety and well-being.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Care PRO with Working Solutions, you will need:
- A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with strong customer service skills, including active listening.
- The ability to multi-task, finding answers while on calls with customers.
- Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors welcome if fluent in Spanish or French (in addition to English).
- Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required.
- A quiet, uninterrupted workspace during working hours, with a reliable broadband internet connection (at least 10 MBPS).

- Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute (with a 48-minute minimum guarantee).
- Earning potential equivalent to $12.60 - $16.80 per hour (or $14.88 - $18.60 per hour for bilingual contractors).
