Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues
- Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to help them and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Work collaboratively with other teams, including pharmacy and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
