Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, addressing their needs, and resolving their challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Utilize multiple computer programs and systems to manage customer interactions, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to pricing, invoicing, and returns, applying credits and implementing return procedures as necessary.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, using a computer for extended periods, and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously.
Essential Qualifications: The Skills We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in a related field are a plus.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home for training and occasional onsite work.
- A dedicated, secure workspace at home that meets our work-from-home requirements.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously.
- Stable internet connection with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
Preferred Qualifications: What Sets You Apart
