As a Customer Success Manager at Deel IT, you will be an integral part of our mission to break down traditional borders that limit hiring and career opportunities. As the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally, you will be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, and champion new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel.
You are a passionate business builder with a history of elite performance, preferably with previous Customer Success experience or advisory roles such as consulting.
