As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing central mailboxes, developing tracking mechanisms, and analyzing data to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Ongoing management of central mailboxes, including request triage, coverage/assignment matrices updates, and general maintenance to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for key tasks and workstreams, providing real-time visibility into project status and progress.
- Effectively identify and transcribe relevant data points from mixed formats (emails, templates, forms, etc.) into centralized workstream tracking, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze tracking data to identify areas requiring follow-up or update, and engage with work item owners to resolve outstanding issues.
- Document relevant meeting discussion points and takeaways, and assist in follow-up activities to ensure that action items are addressed.
