Job Description:
• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand
• Lead post-technical win strategy execution for Databricks accounts
• Serve as technical leader for use cases and customer(s)
• First contact for technical issues on agreed-upon use cases
• Leverage Shared Services, User Education for building task scope
• Create and execute a point-of-view on accelerating use cases into production
• Navigate Databricks Product for innovations and upgrade needs
• Develop execution plan covering all technical roles and teams for key work streams
• Provide internal and external updates on usage and customer health
Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship (required due to Public Sector client support)
• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting experience
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems
• Understanding of business value attribution to project deliverables
• Technical program management experience
• Experience resolving important escalations with senior customer executives
• Conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects delivery
• Track record of overachievement against quota or goals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
