About This Role
We are looking for graphic designers, illustrators, photo editors, or digital artists who create vector artwork, pixel art, icons, or digital compositions professionally.
What You'll Do
• Use your professional software to complete realistic work tasks
• Record your screen while performing the tasks
• Submit your recordings to help train AI models
• Follow written task instructions provided by our team
Example Tasks
• Creating vector illustrations, logos, or icons
• Photo editing and compositing
• Digital painting or concept art
• Designing pixel art sprites or game assets
Requirements
• Professional experience with at least one of: Inkscape, GIMP, Krita, LibreSprite
• Ability to perform realistic, professional-level workflows in the software
• Written English proficiency
• Ability to record your screen (any screen recording software is fine)
• Ability to follow written task instructions

• Flexible hours — complete tasks on your own schedule

• You only need to know one tool well — not all tools listed
• $150 - $250 per hour
