Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, aligning with the approved instructional program

- Assess student learning and progress, identifying areas of intervention and developing targeted strategies to support student success

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active 305 CDE Certification, as required by the Connecticut State Department of Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with expertise in writing instruction and language development
- Proven experience in teaching elementary classes, with a strong track record of success in a multicultural setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
