Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee in Bethel Park, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business results, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and coaching, and provide feedback to drive performance and growth
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing business initiatives
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and develop and implement action plans to resolve customer complaints and improve the overall customer experience
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring, and ensure diversity and inclusion awareness
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, drive business results, and implement change initiatives
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
