Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the components of the data engineering pipeline, including container-based services arranged through UIs, SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and Shell, with code managed in GitHub, deployed through Jenkins.
• Collaborate with the production support team to ensure that product design meets client requirements and maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Test and troubleshoot data pipeline using test and live client data, utilizing Jenkins, Python, and Java to automate these tests, and parse logs to determine next actions.
• Utilize dashboards for Kubernetes/OpenShift to analyze high-level issues and ensure services are reliable.
• Support implementation tracking post-go live and work with the implementation team to transition support.
• Work with data suppliers to clarify requirements and eliminate barriers.
• Drive automation into routine activities, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Perform other work-related tasks as directed by Employee's Chiefs.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Additionally, you should have:

• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various products and services.
• Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate alternatives and implement solutions.
• Excellent logical reasoning and critical thinking skills, with the ability to recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong.
