Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with members by being empathetic, understanding, and proactive in addressing their needs and concerns.
- Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan support teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyze member needs and provide relevant information to address unasked questions, such as additional coverage details, benefit plan information, and member self-service tools.
- Understand member eligibility and specific limitations according to contract, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Client Support Agent at blithequark, you'll need:
