**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Engaging with customers to move them past the point of browsing to sales dialogue, establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
* Organizing, planning, and executing tele-sales activities to drive sales and revenue growth
* Providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
* General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
* Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format
* High level of familiarity with arenaflex's online platforms, including JTV.com and JTV Go
* Ability to speak articulately and credibly with leadership
* Strong analytical and judgment skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent written communication skills
**Desired Skills**
While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:
* Previous tele-sales experience
* Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones
* Previous live chat experience
