Job Description: • Join our dynamic tax team as Tax Analyst and help clients navigate complex state unemployment insurance (SUI) tax matters. • Ensure accuracy of unemployment insurance (UI) tax rates and resolve discrepancies with state agencies. • Develop strategies to improve client tax positions and support planning through reports and projections. • Manage incoming tax documents, maintain organized records, and ensure compliance through agency communication. • Provide informed analysis and contribute to strategic discussions to support client decision-making. Requirements: • 2 years of experience in a tax-related role involving State Unemployment Insurance (SUI). • Exposure to multi-state tax environments or working with state agencies is beneficial. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). • Analytical approach to working with complex datasets. • Written and verbal abilities to support client relations and agency coordination. • Experience organizing workloads, demonstrating reliability under time constraints, and contributing in both solo and group efforts.
