**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
* Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures, products, and programs to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
* Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
* Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
* Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
* Meeting or exceeding department standards and guidelines, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
* A Property/Casualty Insurance License (desired, but not required; must obtain license within 90 days of employment)
* Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience (desired); customer service experience is required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
* US Work Authorization (required); arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
