**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing a quality customer service experience that builds rapport and long-term relationships to encourage renewal/repeat business. You will work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns, convey information efficiently and effectively, and strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service.
**Responsibilities**
* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
* Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
* Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
* Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
* Work in a fast-paced team environment, providing a positive customer experience and communicating clearly and professionally over the phone
* Utilize strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once
* Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
* Accountability and reliability are essential for this role
**Qualifications/Skill Sets**

* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
* Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license within 90 days of employment)
* Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!

**Compensation**
* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $23.00/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
* Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
* In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential

* This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) if one lives near arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if outside of arenaflex office location
