**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and internal teams. Your primary duties will include:
* Assisting customers with questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email
* Providing excellent customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel
* Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process
* Partnering with and providing administrative support to arenaflex's Sales Department
* Performing basic data entry and other administrative duties
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (preferably)
* Prior Accounts Receivable experience (highly encouraged)
* High School diploma or GED equivalent (recommended)
* Verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette
* Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
* Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
* Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
* A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently
* Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
* Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e., adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods
