The Role of a Customer Relationship Advocate
As a CRA, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to blithequark's valued clients. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. Our CRAs are licensed professionals who possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry and are committed to delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more.
What to Expect as a New CRA
As a new CRA, you can expect to embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Your journey will be divided into three major milestones:
- Licensing Preparation: In the first months, you will prepare to become a FINRA (Registered Representative) by studying for and obtaining your SIE®, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by blithequark. You will have access to paid study time, licensing coaches, and workshops to support you throughout this process.
- Skill Development: In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. You will continue to develop your skills and knowledge, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center. You will have the opportunity to take on new challenges, develop your skills, and advance your career within blithequark.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
To be successful as a CRA, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:
- Aptitude and dedication to complete the FINRA SIE®, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 63 exams through our industry-leading licensing program
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and dedication to studying and applying new concepts, learning quickly, and retaining information to assist with decision-making
- A passion for connection and desire to establish rapport with customers by facilitating meaningful conversations that are resolution-oriented and efficient
- Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions, and conversations driving towards suitable resolutions
- A desire for growth and a mindset that generates long-term success through adaptability and personal accountability
- Exceptional critical and analytical problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret a scenario, leverage resources, and find an appropriate resolution
- Comfortable learning new technology or proprietary platforms and confident navigating multiple systems simultaneously
