They are seeking a motivated graduate for a three-year Sales & Leadership Apprenticeship Program, where the Apprentice will support the President and gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, business development, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive support to the President, including scheduling, travel, and communications
- Support sales prospecting, meetings, and pipeline tracking (Salesforce)
- Shadow senior leadership in client and strategic meetings
- Assist with cross-agency sales opportunities across the Leavitt Group
- Support recruiting efforts with the FSU Professional Sales Institute
- Help plan leadership retreats, strategy sessions, and training events
- Collaborate with marketing on branding, content, and growth initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred (FSU Professional Sales Institute strongly preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
- Interest in sales, leadership, and business development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
