About the Role
Chasing Creative is a boutique creative agency that builds purposeful digital experiences for ambitious brands. Our client websites live in Webflow — and we need a trusted developer on the bench who keeps them running, sharp, and improving week after week.
This isn't a project role. It's an ongoing partnership. You'll be embedded quietly in the background — catching issues before clients do, keeping CMS structures clean, and proactively surfacing opportunities to make every site better.
What You'll Do
Site Maintenance & Bug Fixes
Diagnose and resolve layout, interaction, and responsiveness issues across client Webflow sites
Fix broken CMS references, broken links, and any issues flagged by the team or clients
Maintain consistency across breakpoints and browsers
CMS Refinement
Audit and improve CMS collection structures for clarity and scalability
Create and document new CMS fields, templates, and content patterns as needed
Train clients or the team on CMS best practices when required
Weekly Site Checks
Run weekly reviews across active client sites using a structured checklist
Flag any performance, UX, or technical issues with notes and recommended fixes
Maintain a simple running log of site health per client
Proactive Improvement Recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve site speed, accessibility, and UX
Suggest Webflow-native solutions to client pain points before they become requests
Bring ideas — not just fixes
What We're Looking For
Solid, demonstrable Webflow experience — you know the platform inside and out
Familiarity with Webflow CMS, Memberships, Logic, and Finsweet attributes
A sharp eye for design — you'll be working within polished builds and need to match the craft
Reliable communication — async-first, but responsive and clear
Proactive by nature — you notice things and say something
Experience working with an agency or across multiple client sites simultaneously
Bonus: Experience with custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) to extend Webflow where needed
How We Work
We're a small, async-first team. You'll have access to a shared project management space where site issues, requests, and check-in notes live. Weekly check-ins are light — a quick async update is usually all we need.
We value people who take ownership. If you see something, say something. If you can fix it quietly and document it, even better.
