Key Responsibilities
- Creating and optimizing listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com, including uploading high-quality photos, descriptions, and price points.
- Responding to guest inquiries within 10 minutes or less, 24/7, to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Synchronizing listings to prevent double bookings and ensure accurate availability.
- Collaborating with our team to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain our competitive edge.
Essential Qualifications
