**Key Responsibilities**
As an Accounts Payable Specialist – Data Entry and Financial Support, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing and verifying invoices for timely payments
* Maintaining and updating vendor records and databases
* Reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts
* Coordinating payments via checks, ACH, or electronic transfers
* Generating reports on payables, aging balances, and cash flow forecasts
* Monitoring expenses and recommending payment strategies
* Addressing and resolving payment discrepancies or vendor issues
* Performing ad hoc financial and administrative duties as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following:
* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* **Experience**: 1-3 years in accounts payable, accounting, or similar roles
* **Language**: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
* **Schedule**: Must be able to work U.S. EST hours or Philippine night shift
* **Technical Proficiency**: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) Accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar Familiarity with AP systems, payment processing, and account reconciliation
* **Certifications**: CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required
