About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries, ensuring that customers have a seamless and hassle-free experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, turning negative experiences into positive ones
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and going the extra mile to exceed expectations, consistently meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Amadeus is a must, with the ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
- Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens, to maintain continuity of work
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of airline industry operations and procedures, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
