Key Responsibilities
As the Associate Director of Customer and Product Insights at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and prioritizing the research roadmap in collaboration with brand and product team leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Eight or more years of relevant experience in marketing, customer experience, or user experience research, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights and driving business outcomes.
- Experience designing qualitative and quantitative research programs to address business needs, including the ability to develop research questions, design methodologies, and analyze data.
- A strong command of advanced quantitative methodologies such as maxdiff, conjoint, segmentation, and cluster analysis, and the ability to apply these methodologies to drive business insights.
- Experience with qualitative research methods including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnography, and the ability to design and execute these methodologies to gather rich and nuanced customer insights.
- The ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable insights, and to communicate these insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
