Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls to members and/or providers to follow up on pending issues or concerns

- Utilize multiple computer applications and systems to access and update member information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems
- Work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions within defined parameters to achieve service and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member and/or provider issues
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service related experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical issues
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills, with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions within defined parameters
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
