**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service to all arenaflex customers
* Cultivating and managing strong relationships with customers
* Assisting customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone, or through online ordering
* Pulling and preparing inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
* Proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
* Partnering with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
* Assisting with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
**Skills and Qualifications**
We're seeking a candidate with:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
* Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish, preferred
* Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product, a plus
* Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
* Inventory management experience, helpful
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
* High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
