**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
