**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. We'll equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
