Overview
We’re looking for a senior, professional-quality social media marketing manager to own and execute our social presence during a paid product launch and beyond.
This is not a consumer influencer role and not TikTok-style content creation. Our audience includes:
- Enterprise and corporate learning leaders
- Instructional designers
- Training companies and professional educators
- Technology-forward but time-constrained professionals
You will be responsible for translating clear product thinking into credible, calm, conversion-oriented social content.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage a weekly social content calendar across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Create high-quality written and visual content aligned to our brand voice and launch goals
- Repurpose product demos, screenshots, workflows, testimonials, and primary research into short-form social assets
- Monitor relevant conversations and engage thoughtfully with professionals in our space
- Amplify ambassador and partner content
- Tag and track content to support performance analysis and iteration
- Surface and package early customer proof, quotes, and usage signals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on launch messaging and priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong professional writing skills (clear, confident, non-hype)
- Experience with B2B SaaS, learning & development, or enterprise tools
- Comfort working independently from a structured plan
- Ability to create or assemble visual assets using tools like Canva
- Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Judgment about tone, audience, and credibility

- Canva (or equivalent)
- Google Analytics (performance)
- Native platform analytics (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting product launches
- Familiarity with instructional design or training audiences
- Comfort working from Loom videos, screen captures, or product demos
