- Identify potential issues and collaborate with our Development team to resolve them efficiently, ensuring seamless user experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Strong fluency in English, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
