About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers through various channels (phone, email, and e-chat) to provide product information, support, and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date order status information and delivery details to customers.
- Manage cancellation requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Working Conditions

- Hourly wage: Your compensation will depend on your experience and the number of languages you speak, ranging from $5 to $15 per hour.
- Working hours: You will work a total of 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 17:00 Central Europe Time.

Requirements
