About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative for our after-hours team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and nurses, providing timely and effective support to resolve queries and concerns. This is a full remote position, offering a 3-day working week with 4-hour shifts per day, and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.
