Job Summary
We're seeking a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key contributor, you'll field customer inquiries, find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and work in a collaborative and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interactions: Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Escalation and Resolution: Escalate, transfer, or complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more, as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise during customer interactions.
- Call Tracking and Reporting: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on call issues to improve processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bilingual Skills: Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Age: Must be over 18 years of age.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience minimum.
- Call Center Experience: 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
- Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 wpm.
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability: Availability to work various shifts.
- Organization and Prioritization: Organization and work prioritization skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Composure: Ability to stay composed and objective.
- Listening Skills: Strong listening skills.
Work from Home Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, and minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
- Internet Service Provider (ISP): ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required.
- Workspace: Clean and quiet workspace.
