We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for configuring and implementing our AI solution according to functional and performance requirements for our clients in the industrial sector. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional results, building strong relationships, and driving user happiness, we want to hear from you. **About the Role:** As a Full Stack Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging directly with 5-7 customers to configure and implement our AI solution according to functional and performance requirements. This will involve a high-touch, white-glove approach to ensure seamless integration and maximum value realization. * Driving user happiness by being in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients. This will involve regular visits, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement of our solution to meet evolving customer needs. * Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction. This will involve regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving to ensure exceptional results. * Collaborating with our engineering team to develop solution concepts and system architectures that meet customer requirements. * Working closely with client's technical team to understand requirements and draft solution proposals that integrate with customers' existing systems. * Collaborating with product owners, business users, and technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote worker, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, creativity, and open communication. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. **Location:** We're looking for candidates located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, New York, West Virginia, Tennessee, or Arkansas.
