As a remote customer service representative, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Our hours of operation are 8am – 12am ET, Monday to Sunday, and you will typically work 5 consecutive days on, with 2 consecutive days off. However, please note that shifts may vary to meet business needs, and you will need to have open availability.
Our training program is a combination of classroom and on-the-job training, typically lasting 2 weeks. You will receive comprehensive training on our systems, policies, and procedures, as well as coaching and feedback to help you succeed in this role.
