- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements that can enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
