Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer satisfaction, serving as the primary liaison for members to obtain the information or support they need, and taking proactive steps to resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Accurately document call details for tracking member and provider contacts, identifying trends and communicating enterprise service issues to the relevant teams.
• Escalate member and provider concerns and servicing issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, with a Bachelor's degree or advanced education desirable.
• At least 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a customer-facing inbound call center setting.
