**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our sales strategy and operations team, you will collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals. This role requires a strong understanding of customer marketing funnels, traditional marketing ecosystems, and digital measurement and tracking fundamentals. **Responsibilities**
As a Client Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals
* Executing campaign launches from start to finish and delivering insightful optimizations to agency and client partners
* Ongoing management of internal account operations
* Educating brands and media agencies on value proposition and best practices
* Consulting clients on their awareness and direct response objectives and crafting media plans
* Collaborating with Ad Ops for effective campaign delivery and resolution of technical issues
* Representing client needs to cross-functional stakeholders
* Identifying areas of improvement proactively
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with CPG client experience preferred
* A solid understanding of customer marketing funnels and traditional marketing ecosystems
* Comfort with problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis
* Understanding of digital measurement and tracking fundamentals
* A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through challenges
* Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
* High attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel preferred
* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
