About the Role
We're looking for a Contract Customer Service Representative to engage with arenaflex members, helping them find the right healthcare for their needs, understand how our program works, and assist them in getting their eligible claims paid. As a member of our team, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional support via phone, chat, and email. Your passion for helping people and proactive problem-solving skills will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver amazing service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefit and find the right provider for their needs
- Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries and suggest process improvements as you identify them
- Manage and organize your workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
- Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs
- Retain detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance
- Relay member feedback to leadership teams to improve arenaflex's solution
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for helping people solve their problems with the ability to think creatively and empathetically
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment with demonstrated experience staying calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness
