We are seeking an experienced Customer Adoption Team Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a small team of customer adoption managers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers achieve their goals and realize the full potential of our platform. You will be working closely with our commercial team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic projects, and drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have solid experience in line management, preferably within a customer adoption or account management team. You should have a proven track record of achieving results, developing and executing strategic projects, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be a strong communicator, able to thrive in a data-driven environment, and have a passion for driving customer success.
