Key Responsibilities

- Identify Customer Trends: Identify and escalate any customer trends or issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
