About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by providing accurate and timely data entry services. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, combined with the stability and support of a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and analyzing large datasets for projects and trending/possibility identification
- Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors
- Participating in enterprise requirement determinations and clinical adjudication tasks
- Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large datasets for projects or trending/possibility identification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and accountability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality work standards
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
- Experience using MS Access database
