Job Summary

- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all transactions are completed with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate customer records: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Provide product recommendations: Provide product recommendations and assist customers in making purchasing decisions, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements
