Job Overview

The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing operational direction and support to blithequark franchisees during various events, including store relocations, rebuilds, migrations, and new build-outs. This field-based position will require the ability to work independently and collaboratively with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Establishment Specialist (FC) for on-site activities and project management
• Act as the primary point of contact between blithequark, vendors, and franchisees, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead regular touchpoint calls with franchisees to provide updates on project status, ensure timely completion of paperwork, and communicate next steps
• Develop and manage project plans for storekeepers, ensuring understanding of policies, procedures, roles, and responsibilities
• Apply best practices in planning operational upgrades, training, marketing, and overall franchise management
• Collaborate with the blithequark Functional Establishment Advisor to support franchisee locations and improve store performance through training and coordination with vendors and other franchisees

Essential Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook
• Experience with Zoom/Teams as a host and facilitator
• Previous franchising or business consulting experience preferred
• Previous project management experience preferred
• Must be currently located in the same geographic area as the job or willing to relocate
• Must have a valid driver's license
