Key Responsibilities

- Utilize excellent navigational skills to efficiently manage multiple computer systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MTM's services and policies to provide accurate and effective support to members and clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
