**The Role**
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and providing them with the support they need to resolve their issues. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide product or service knowledge to customers, explaining features and benefits in a clear and concise manner
* Utilize computer systems and software to access customer information and resolve issues
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Reside within the North Region, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Ohio
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain features and benefits
* Computer experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
* High-speed internet connection (40mbps or faster)
