Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Order Processing: Utilize our proprietary order entry systems to efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Customer Communication: Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with sales representatives, sales management, technical support, and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
