As a Sales Chat Support Agent, you will work on sales chat for one of our telco programs, performing a range of tasks, including communicating with customers through live chat or email, answering their queries, and selling the value of our clients' products and services. You will be responsible for establishing a positive rapport with customers, communicating effectively online and over the phone, and providing recommendations through needs-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous work experience in a Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work onsite.
