Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service of the highest quality over the phone and email, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Become an expert in blithequark's internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, maintain customer relationships, and stay up-to-date with our products and services
- Utilize our communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve each customer's experience, providing personalized recommendations, and offering solutions to meet their unique needs
- Approach your day-to-day work with a reformer's mindset, making suggestions for process improvements, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our customer experience

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program, during which you will receive comprehensive training, and equipment necessary to perform your duties
- Have a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal noise, and a reliable high-speed internet connection, ensuring uninterrupted service to our customers
- Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, including evenings, and weekends, as well as during the holiday season, demonstrating flexibility, and a commitment to meeting our customers' needs
- Not be listed on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:
- Up to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment, demonstrating your ability to work independently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Experience working from home, or in a remote setting, showcasing your self-motivation, discipline, and ability to manage your time effectively
